During this module participants gain
an understanding of the principles of effective team leadership
and team working. The workshops are highly interactive and members
practice and develop the skills of feedback and critique, resolving
conflict, developing potential in others and generating team
synergy. Members receive firsthand feedback from colleagues
on their impact and behavioural style. The emphasis is on effective
intergroup problem solving and proactive planning. The goal
is to maximise internal and external customer service to ensure
that the new team values and insights are brought back into
the workplace.
