Three separate team skills activities
during which members have to achieve consensus on a range
of business decisions. These activities are designed to
facilitate quantitative scoring to highlight team production
efficiency
Several review sessions during which
members critique and evaluate their decision-making, communication
and leadership techniques with a view to making incremental
improvements to improve team relationships and effectiveness
A team activity to clarify the individual
attitudes, skills, leadership style and environment required
to develop a proactive and empowered team culture in the
workplace. This includes focusing on inter-departmental
and internal customer care issues
Feedback sessions during which each team
member receives individual feedback from the other team
members based on behaviour exhibited since the start of
the two-day module
Developing actions plans for back
home activities, to bring the learning into the workplace,
with particular reference to effective team meetings
