  • Establishing or reviewing organisational key results areas.


  • Establishing department or unit key result areas and key performance areas


  • Planning to cascade down findings and acquire feedback through parallel process meetings with employees


  • Establishing agreed base-line targets per department, unit and for the organisation for one year and planning horizon-year target

  • How to carry out a current state assessment - an internal and external analysis to diagnose strengths and weaknesses of people, process, finance and technology


  • Developing core strategies and prioritising


  • Three year business planning


  • Finalising annual plans and strategic budgets (prioritise actions and spend)


  • Completing a resource allocation plan
