Effective performance management is crucial if managers are to tap into and fully utilise the skill base within the organisation.


This two-day module includes:
  • Planning to implement integrated Performance Management systems

During this workshop participants are presented with a comprehensive, practical and systematic approach to an integrated Performance Management system. This potentially complex process is simplified by breaking down the system including its component parts and then agreeing on the structures / process for each element. The goal is to create an effective, user-friendly system that is easy to understand, easy to apply and participate in. The core and essential goal at all times is to achieve genuine long-term buy-in and commitment by participants to the Performance Management system.

The other main focus of this two-day workshop is to transfer the skills of Performance Management / Performance Appraisal to those engaged in carrying out the process.
