During this workshop participants are presented

an integrated Performance Management system. This potentially
complex process is simplified by breaking down the system
including its component parts and then agreeing on the structures
/ process for each element. The goal is to create an effective,
user-friendly system that is easy to understand, easy to apply
and participate in. The core and essential goal at all times
is to achieve genuine long-term buy-in and commitment by participants
to the Performance Management system.
