Integrated Training & Development
Objectives
- To ensure Managers, Team Leaders and
Supervisors gain personal insights, understand their own
development needs and agree individual learning contracts
- To increase the interpersonal and operational
effectiveness of Managers, Team Leaders
and Supervisors. This will assist them to proactively lead
in the changing environment
and deliver on their business objectives
- To put measurements in place by establishing
key performance and key
behaviour indicators. These will be measured at the commencement,
during and at completion of the programme thus ensuring
that the new skills
are integrated into the workplace.
