During this module the participants
will:
- Learn a comprehensive model of influence
behaviours
- Develop an understanding of how context
effects influence
- Discover how successful they are at present,
at influencing people
- Identify the behaviours that need to
be developed to improve their ability
to influence and to build relationships
- Understand how to build successful influence
relationships that are
mutually beneficial and useful to the organisation
- Develop a conscious, strategic approach
to influencing; focusing on
influence purposes and goals and choosing appropriate behaviours
to
achieve results
- Select real work issues and plan
for an influencing approach to be applied back in the workplace.
