During this module the participants will:

  • Learn a comprehensive model of influence behaviours

  • Develop an understanding of how context effects influence

  • Discover how successful they are at present, at influencing people

  • Identify the behaviours that need to be developed to improve their ability
    to influence and to build relationships

  • Understand how to build successful influence relationships that are
    mutually beneficial and useful to the organisation

  • Develop a conscious, strategic approach to influencing; focusing on
    influence purposes and goals and choosing appropriate behaviours to
    achieve results

  • Select real work issues and plan for an influencing approach to be applied back in the workplace.
