of your positional power , you need to be skillful and flexible
in the way you influence others. It is also recognised that
Exercising Influence is one of the core competencies for managers,
team leaders and supervisors.
This interactive module will give managers,
team leaders and supervisors a structured approach to dealing
with various influence behaviours and a better understanding
of the specific skills that can be used in different situations.
Prior to attending this workshop, participants receive a 360°
feedback on their current use of influence behaviours. This
will allow them to establish individual learning objectives
and during the two-day modules, they will practice and develop
a new range of effective influencing skills through a variety
of activities.
