- A process for evaluating when and how
to design and implement a competency modelling strategy
During this workshop you will develop and
apply competency models to actual and relevant work positions
within your organisation.
The focus is on:
- The Behavioural Event Interviewing
approach
- The Menu approach
- The Systems approach
The goal is to enable you to
develop:
- Threshold competencies
- Specific job competencies
- Organisational Core competencies
We also provide a consultancy service working
with you to develop competency models for various posts as
required.
