Adrienne Davitt is a registered
occupational, organisation and counselling psychologist. She
has worked in consultancy for over twelve years and previously
worked in PR and Marketing. Adrienne specialises in management
and organisation development, psychometrics, executive coaching,
stress management, emotional intelligence, career and life planning
with individuals and groups. Her clients cover the financial
services, pharmaceutical, IT, manufacturing and professional
services sectors.
In addition, Adrienne is licensed to use all psychometric assessments
including clinical tests, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, SHL Tests,
Oxford Psychologist Press Tests and all ASE, UK Tests.

Paddy Mahon, MSc, MIPD

Paddy Mahon is an OD and Process Management
Consultant with over seventeen years experience in the field.
Prior to working in Consultancy, Paddy was the head of HR in
one of Irelands largest organisations for ten years. Over the
past seven years he has worked on many OD, Change and Management
Development Programmes, both in the public and private sector.
Paddy has written training programmes for, and worked with many
client organisations engaged in finance, IT, manufacturing and
distribution.
Paddy is the licensee for Barnes and Conti Effective Influencing
Programme which is the singularly most powerful approach to
enhancing the development of relationships and the optimal achievement
of results with others

Colette O' Halloran, MIPD

Colette is a management development consultant with fourteen
years experience. She worked as an internal consultant / facilitator
within British Petroleum for seven years. Since then Colette
has worked with numerous organisations within the finance, service,
manufacturing and public sectors. Colette specialises in interpersonal
skills development and change management.

Andrew Harley, MSc., C. Psychol.
MIPD
Andrew has been instrumental in the provision
of assessment centres for graduate recruitment. He has also
introduced self-insight development centres and facilitated
reality-based personal development plans for senior managers.
He presently operates within Aquarius, a major HR Consultancy.
A large amount of his work covers the design, development and
delivery of assessment and development centres for a diverse
and vast range of client companies.

Tracy Duncan (BPS Level A & B)

Tracy manages the administration office
function of Davitt Mahon Associates. She has worked in HR administration
for a number of years and is qualified in Psychometric Testing.
She is currently undertaking a degree in Psychology.
David Keane, (BA, Dip. Stat., GMPSsI/BPS)

David is a psychologist and HR consultant. He holds a Post-Graduate
Diploma in Statistics and is currently finishing his M.Sc. in Work and
Organisational Psychology. David specialises in psychometrics for
recruitment & selection and development, team management, leadership and
all areas of HR, both generalist and specialist. Prior to joining
Davitt Mahon Associates, he worked in recruitment and sales in the
financial sector and in human resources in the pharmaceutical industry.
